The UK Centre for Ecology & Hydrology (UKCEH) wholly owns a trading subsidiary, the UK Centre for Ecology & Hydrology International Limited. UKCEH International Limited was established in 2024 to support UKCEH’s activities outside of the UK. The Company helps UKCEH to carry our research projects and deliver scientific expertise around the world. UKCEH International facilitates partnerships and engagements with other organisations based outside of the UK. UKCEH International operates UKCEH’s West Africa Office based in Accra, Ghana.

Will is the Chair of UKCEH International Limited. Will is a Trustee of UKCEH and is Global Chief Commercial Officer of the Insights Division of Kantar, the market research, data and consulting company. He was previously UK CEO of the Insights Division of Kantar, UK CEO of Kantar TNS, Global CEO of The Futures Company and Managing Director of The Henley Centre.
Associate Director of International Research and Development
Harry is the Managing Executive Director of UKCEH International Limited. Harry is UKCEH’s Associate Director of International Research and Development providing strategic leadership for international activities across the organisation. He has a background in hydrology and since joining the organisation in 2007 has worked on a range of UK and international research and capacity development projects. Harry is an Honorary Professor at the University of Birmingham.

Gill is an Executive Director of UKCEH International Limited. Gill is UKCEH’s Director for People and Operations. Gill leads UKCEH people management and internal communications approach, provision of facilities and health and safety and environment policy and advice. She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Director of Finance
Sam is the Company Secretary of UKCEH International Limited. Sam is UKCEH’s Director of Finance and leads the finance aspects of UKCEH’s operations. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. Sam was previously Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, and before that he spent 13 years at BP plc in various finance roles.
