Building partnerships for mutual benefit

Our approach is to establish lasting equitable partnerships across the public and private sectors to jointly produce impactful research and solutions that address major environmental challenges such as floods, biodiversity loss and pollution. 

For more than 30 years, UKCEH scientists have collaborated with a range of partners in West Africa, such as environmental policymakers, meteorological services, water management authorities, universities and conservation organisations, including:
