The International Science for Net Zero Plus programme is managed by the Programme Board, who report to the UKCEH Science Board. The delivery of science is overseen by the Board but directly managed by Project leads. The Programme Board seeks independent advice from an external Programme Advisory Group. A Programme Office provides support to the Board and Projects.
Programme Board
The Programme Board (PB) is responsible for directing and managing delivery of the programme to the quality expected, within the time provided, and to budget as set out by the funder, NERC.
The PB will ensure scientific delivery of the programme remains on track and within scope, and that the overall aim and objectives of the programme are being achieved.
